The evolution of the origin

History
It started with one planting in Caño de San Miguel
Our coffee's story began in Caño de San Miguel, Coclé, when Don Bonifacio worked the land and planted his first coffee crop. Back then, the farmers of the area grew only Caracolillo — Peaberry coffee.
Coffee became the family's livelihood, and the legacy passed to the generations that followed. That is where the Robusta was born — and with new land came not just more coffee, but variety.

Toabré, Penonomé
Bonifacio sits in the township of Toabré, district of Penonomé, province of Coclé — fertile land for Robusta coffee, Persian lime and oranges, among other crops.
Every bag is a specific lot, from one farm and one harvest — traceable from origin to your cup.
