Specialty coffee from Panama: beyond Geisha

When the world thinks of Panamanian coffee, it thinks of Geisha — and rightly so: Panama holds world auction records with that varietal. But Panama specialty story is just beginning, and it has an unexpected chapter in the mountains of Toabré, Penonomé (Coclé): a fine specialty Robusta.

The origin. Our coffee is born in Caño de San Miguel, hand-picked and sun-dried by natural process, with the whole cherry on. That method brings sweetness, body and rounder notes.

Why Coclé. Altitude, climate and know-how — the same conditions that make Panamanian highland coffee special, applied with specialty standards to a bean almost no one treats this carefully.

Traceability. Every bag is a specific lot, from one farm and one harvest. You know where it comes from and who grew it. That transparency is the future of specialty coffee.

Beyond Geisha. We do not compete with Geisha; we open a different category and prove Panama can lead in high-quality Robusta too.

Meet the origin and try the current lot.
